This policy describes how Lingo Logic (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use our web application at lingo-logic.onrender.com (or another host we operate).

Who we are

What we collect

Account details. When you sign in, we may store your email address and display name (if you provide one) in our subscriber database so we can associate your workspace and saved reports with your account.
Google Sign-In. If you choose “Sign in with Google”, Google shares profile information with us according to your Google account settings (typically email and name). We use that data only to identify your account and operate the service. See also Google’s Privacy Policy.
Email verification. If you sign in with email, we may send a one-time code to your address to confirm that you control the inbox.
Workspace inputs. When you use the product, you may submit a website URL, brand name, location, and related preferences. We use this to generate queries, reports, and optional analyses tied to your account.
Technical data. Like most sites, our servers and hosting provider may log standard data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and reliability.

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in after authentication. The cookie is HTTP-only and scoped to our site.

How we use data

We use the information above to:

Provide, secure, and improve the Lingo Logic service;
Store your generated reports and settings under your account;
Communicate with you when you contact us or when we send transactional messages (such as verification or welcome emails).

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Depending on configuration, we may process data through subprocessors such as Google (authentication), Render (hosting), or AI / LLM providers you enable on the deployment (for example to generate text or scores). Those providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to perform the features you trigger.

Retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email above; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
