Who we are

Lingo Logic provides tools for language schools to review class recordings, confirm learner errors, and deliver practice in a student mobile app. Your school is typically the data controller for class content; we process data on the school’s behalf as a processor.

What we collect

• Account details (name, email, password hash) for sign-in
• Class-linked learning data (confirmed errors, progress, practice attempts)
• Optional push notification device tokens
• Approved pronunciation clips from class when your teacher shares them

How we use data

We use data to authenticate you, show personalised practice, sync progress across devices, and send lesson-related notifications you enable. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising.

Retention & deletion

You can delete your login account in the student app (Me → Delete account). That removes your credentials and push tokens. Your school may retain class history needed for teaching. Contact your school or support for broader erasure requests under GDPR.
